First time eating Ihop in the OKC this is me and my fiancee favorite place in the TRIPLE D(Dallas, TX). Ok here we go this Ihop was typical nothing over the top or nothing out the ordinary. This one is a little small compared to the Ihops we are use to but I do want to say they were very clean. The service was meh our waitress was not very friendly she was straight to the point but she did get our orders right and she did keep our drinks filled up. Now lets get to the food. No matter which Ihop I go to whether its in Dallas, OKC, or even Africa I always order the same thing which is THE BIG STEAK OMELET my omelet was dry and it seemed like it was missing something(thank goodness for sour cream and hot sauce). My drink which was THE SPLASHBERRY was very good full of strawberries just like I like it. Overall this place deserve 3 stars but I decided to give it 4 stars because of the location. Would I go here again probably so who knows

Alright, here we go. The long awaited FIVE star rating, and yes, I used for an IHOP. Pay attention driftmonkys. Service: very good, and very friendly. Chow: prepared as if it were cooked at home. I got exactly what I ordered, and was it just right. Simply and uncomplicated, the keys to a good restaurant. Thats it. Simple done right.

The food was great the service was well below standard the table across from us was empty when we go here but was never cleaned up from the last customer that ate there! She never cleaned out empty glasses from the table so it looked like we had started a collection and they went not even close to being busy.

Went here for a quick breakfast with my mother before she left to go back home. We were seated immediately, the service was fast, coffee was hot, and the food was good.

Like the other two reviews below me, this place is great! Best one I've seen! Employees are awesome and friendly and not overbearing like other quick breakfast places. Food is reasonably priced. Recommend parking in the giant parking lot by the movie theater to avoid $5+ parking prices.

Had breakfast here Sunday morning. I love a good breakfast & they did not disappoint. There were 4 of us & 2 kids. There was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. I had the pancakes with bacon & scrambled eggs. I think everyone else liked their food. My wife had to send her meat back because it wasn't cooked, but other than that all was good.

The service was friendly and the food was good. If you have been to an IHOP then you know what to expect. This place isn't trendy as most other Bricktown restaurants but sometimes that isn't a bad thing. Comfort food.

Clean, wonderful and cheap. We had a waitress that was straight out of the "best waitress in the world" competition. She had the sayings, the swagger and the service that can only be found at a place that could server you anything with pancakes and waffles. Late Saturday night, before all the bars closed we made it in and out in about an hour. This place is fantastic.

I kinda feel weird reviewing an IHOP...but this needs to be said. The parking situation is a joke! There are maybe 8 free parking spaces outside of the restaurant (to the south) and then a large parking lot across the street, also to the south. We went on a Saturday night and the large parking lot was for a private event only and they absolutely would not let us park there...and it wasn't even a 1/4th of the way full! Of course all of the free spots were taken so we had to park in the very dimly lit parking lot north of the restaurant. It cost $10 per vehicle to park here. We had three kids with us and didn't want to park somewhere far away and make them walk a long distance in the cold, so this was the only option for our party. I completely understand that there are events going on or other things out of IHOP's control...but shouldn't IHOP invest in a parking lot or give their paying guests tokens or something to get out of paying additional money just to dine at their mediocre restaurant? IHOP, if you're listening, please consider helping out your visitors with parking. We had 2 vehicles for our family and ended up having to pay an additional $20. As far as the restaurant is concerned....it's nothing special but it is clean and the service was friendly. We did have quite a long wait for our food (there were only 6 of us) but other than that the dining experience was fine.

Best Ihop I've ever been to. Quick service, great quality food, clean, fine coffee, impressive overall. Probably the best Ihop out there.

I'm not generally a fan of chain restaurants, but this IHOP dazzled me! The staff was super friendly and did their jobs very well. I had come into OKC to transfer to the train and had a few hours to kill. IHOP seemed friendly and it was in brick town a few blocks from the Amtrak station. I had hoped it would be nice, and I was right. Clean and neat. The food was really good too. The decanter of coffee on the table was a huge plus for me as I was gonna be there a little while. I busted out my laptop, sat there and did some surfing from their free WiFi. Great "layover" in OKC.

For an iHop this one is pretty clean. The reasons why I only go to this iHop: - Around the corner from my apartment. - It's always clean. - The staff are friendly no matter what time it is. - Wait times on food are fairly short. - Breakfast ALWAYS... - Breakfast 24/7... - Breakfast whenever you want... - BREAKFAST The only reason why I gave it a 3.....it's an iHop. Other than that....BREAKFAST.

Best place for a late night meal after hitting the town. And if you past bar hoping age, it's a great place to feel like your back in college and young again! Love the breakfast. But ask for real eggs and not powder eggs!!

Friendly staff, no wait (Monday morning I guess) and clean! The food was good that even hubby who doesn't like chain restaurants enjoyed his omelette. I wish I could have dessert crepes but we have to get back on the road.

A pretty darn clean Ihop. They were very polite and got us in and out. Typical Ihop food though.....so enjoy that indigestion. Pros 1) in Bricktown 2) They move quick 3) Breakfast 24/7 duh! Cons 1) It's an Ihop.....so there

In IHOP's defensive, its hard for me to like anything at 7:30 in the morning. It wasn't very busy, but I felt like the service was a little slow. And they sat us right next to a loud booth. I also think their food is overpriced. Have I complained enough for one review? The food tasted fine though, and they do have a lot of options. I blame myself for not being able to think of a better breakfast place in the area, and not using my yelp app for assistance. All in all: Good location, and they obviously have the food down to a science. But are chain restaurants ever going to blow me away? Likely not.

I absolutely enjoy visiting this IHOP location!! Always a great staff, good food and pleasant atmosphere. I even had to conduct business there one day and needed to use the banquet room. I talked to James, the manager, to make arrangements. He and the staff were most helpful and it was a great experience. Thank you James and the IHOP staff!
